Fill out the other fields as indicated by asterisks. Please note - any attachments added to tickets are only available while being logged into the ticketing system. They are secure. When you are finished, hit the submit button at the bottom left hand of the screen. 


You can then click on the Tickets List icon to see a list of all tickets created by or assigned to you and follow the progress of each one.
